After AFE intake install: Check Engine light. Please help.

I think those oiled filters can cause havoc on the MAF sensors too. I had this AFE intake too, but found when it rains or when you wash the car water shoots onto that black metal pan. I'd recommend a gasket like Garm used to sell that seals off the hood gap...

but its a dry filter.

also i bought the hood liner and it helps with the rain.
