what a crock. those chains should be good for at least 100k (old school thinking) as far as i know that chain is "lifetime" and in my oppinion. its part of the powerplant. so it should be covered under your power train waranty. if the dealer wants to fight you on it contact toyota direct. write a bad review. make as much noise as possible. hech picket outfront of there store. do every legal thing you can untill they make it right or just ignore them. 4 years, thats so bullcrap. unless your sitster drives like 50k a year or more there is no possible way. someone has a boat payment due.
