Bumper side, 15 minutes including new headlight bulbs.

Inside, 20 minutes, removed the lower steering wheel shroud, ran 2 wires from the switch I installed on the left dash cutouts. Tapped into the 2 wires as above.

Inserts were a perfect fit.
One of the fog lamp ears slides into slot in bumper, and they give you 1 screw for the other side. Add a screw to the ear below the slot for added safety.
