Hi Marty,
TRD did make a front upper Strut Brace (Tower Bar) for the MK1 Yaris/Vitz/Echo, which also fitted the Scion Xa/Xb of the same age. To find one now is near impossible though, believe me, I've been looking for months for one for my NCP10.
