1.5L is the general classification of the model, specifically 1497cc. (1000cc=1000mL=1L)
I4 means your pistons are positioned in a straight line, thus the letter I. ( other variant is V4, 2 pistons in V formation with the other 2)
Gas and naturally aspirated were answered already, and dohc? Dont worry bout that much since toyota always uses dohc configuration (as compared to sohc or single overhead cam)

In other countries there are 1.3L variants for gas and a diesel variant, thus the complete description by the seller. If its not engine related, then the part ur buying shouldnt have this much in consideration.
