Looking for center caps - Toyota Yaris Forums

Old thread revival, but to address this issue for future center cap experimenters I've come up with a few solutions. First and most easy/perhaps a little ghetto, is to use a plastic zip tie around the out side of the tabs of the the tercel center cap. You'll want to tighten the zip tie until it is close to the shape of a square. The caps will then snugly snap into place. I'm currently using this method.

A safer solution would be to get some metal wiring, 2 or 3 mm diameter should do. Bend it around the center hub to form a circle, and twist and tighten with pliers. This will give your worn out tercel tabs something to grip around, and serves as a makeshift retention ring.
