There is some thread where I discussed it, but I have no idea what or where it is. You simply take the regulator, stick a socket over the top end (to protect it), and put the whole thing in a vise. You gently squeeze the bottom end (against the socket on the top) to increase the crimp and hence tighten the spring. You really need a rig to test it with though to verify the adjustment.
