you can get some lightweight wheels and zip tie your hubcaps on... just a suggestion

I knew a guy who had the HX wheels, but wanted to keep a low profile on his '89 Si Civic. He did just that. Zip tied OEM wheel covers to the lighter HX wheels.

He went as far as removing his sun-roof equipped roof and swapped in a solid roof from a DX model (base model)
