Swidd......tightened the star until you could barely move the wheel?.....Now,are you saying after adjustment,you place the wheel back on and attempt to rotate or you are trying to rotate the unit with just the drum on? (much more difficult to rotate via the drum vs. the wheel being on.).If going that tight it would seem you would "burn-up" the drum and or the pads ASAP!!. Are you also adjusting the "nut" under the e-brake handle inside the car?;if so,is the plastic(s) a PIA to remove for this?. TIA
