The model of the stereo is Ft0022a.
I can't upload a picture for some reason.
It should be fairly straight forward right ctscott?

Check the dimensions of it to be sure, but I believe it will fit and be fully compatible, other than needing the antenna adapter.

Thanks for your help ctscott.
Stereo has been installed. Needed the radio adapter like you said and another harness that plugged into the stereo.
Would you know where I can find a user manual for the Toyota stereo?
Model is Ft0022a.

Thanks alot for the link.
Unfortunately it doesn't have the manual im after.
The part number of the sticker of the stereo is PZQ60-00512.
Here is also a photo of it.
Any help locating would be greatly appreciated!
