You bought Charles' car?
If so, the way that kit was tuned was to disable an O2 sensor and tune in limp mode, if I remember correctly.

The included Innovate LC-1 Lamda Sensor Controller has an output mode which allows it to feed the ECM with a simulated signal to prevent the ECM from trimming out the additional fuel. Looking at its manual it appears to be easier to do so with it than with the output of a F/IC.
