Debris in heater box, water under dashboard - Toyota Yaris Forums

I had the same problem when I owned my first Yaris 2007, took it to the dealer since it was still under warranty, they opened the blower box and emptied a ton of leaves stuck inside, also there was a clear rubber hose under the passenger side firewall that is suppose to drain this it, also gets plugged up. I don't think I was the first one with that problem.

The fix that I never got around to is put some sort of a screen cover over or under the windshield cowl intake, right under the wipers. I now have a 2013 Yaris, guess what it already has a screen cover under the cowl, so I hope this will prevent that problem.
