OEM is 175 65 14 they change size on 08 up to 185 60 15 ...its .5 deference in diameter

Exactly. The 2006 OE 175/65/14 Bridgestone Potenza mounted on steelies set the benchmark for me. MPG for every set of wheels I've had since are compared to the OE numbers, factoring in slight sizing discrepancies between setups.
