Those would look good in black. Rather than the expense of powdercoating and having to remove the tires to do so, for flat black, I would just shoot them with plastidip.

I have never actually used it myself, but reading about other people's experiences with it, it seems like a great non-permanent way of doing something like this. It will eventually chip or peel, but when it starts to, you simply peel it all of and hit it again. The other nice thing about it is if you get tired with the look, it is far easier to change.
