roxy, I had a similar problem like yours - sway bar bumping against the beam. I loosened both bolts and pulled the bar down a bit to prevent contact then tightened the bolts back up and it's been trouble-free since. You might have to hold the bar down a little whilst tightening the bolts.

Hmmm maybe that would explain that odd noise... Gone have to look into it more
