Could be. I don't listen to him as much as I used to, but I agree...and I love that people have to deal with the meat of what he is saying, or just look foolish if they change the subject. Has to be one or the other...they can't take the third option (playing the race card) without also looking foolish because his wife is Indian and his two sons are black.
Particular tow companies must have lobbied quite hard/exerted influence to get the law passed The government in Houston is messed up, and this bleeds into other parts of Harris County (one reason I would never live in Harris County). I once heard Houston (the city, not the metro) described as an island of blue in a sea of red.
