Why is Inner liner Fender so cheap on ebay?

I am sure it is aftermarket, but would it be too different than the ones in the dealer? The price difference is huge.

Sometimes the fit isn't accurate, but for the most part it should work. worst case is it doesnt curve the same way as the OEM or not all of the clip holes align.
