Gas is so expensive in California because EVERYTHING else is too. Do you think everyone from California could move out here to Ohio and make the same salary they did before? No way. Their wages are some of the highest in the country, so their gas prices are too.

I was talking to a friend today about gas prices. I mentioned what do you think will be the gas price that Americans actually stop driving so much. He said americans would sell their children to be able to buy gas.

What do you all think is the point where americans start getting frugal with thier driving their cars around.

I'd like to have a so expensive gas in Italy too!!!
This moring it was 6,20$/gallon!!!!!

OK new thread: everyone cries about how high gas prices are in their city. It's obviously a competition to some of you people. Sabina is gonna be a hard one to beat!

Yeah wait till the guys from Saudi post... last time they checked it was like about $0.12 a gallon there.... WATER actally cost more than gas there

2.59 for regular, 2.89 for high test

My good bud in AZ considered high mpg car same time I did -- but ended up keeping (smallish) SUV and got a Vespa! Talk about fuel economy...

Man that's crazy. Well, my fiance drinks that outrageously priced Fiji water, so I guess we spend more on water than gas too.
