Install aftermarket head unit with screen?

You could pick up a Pioneer Scion FR-S headunit for 100$ and call it a day? I'm sure that's better quality than a Boss headunit.

I'm also looking at few others like the Power Acoustic's. I didn't know you can use a FRS headunit.

Double DIN height, but 20mm wider. So you'd need either the spacers to fill the holes on the side, or a different radio surround bezel.
