I'd say at least 250 lbs.

2 Rolls of MLV 100lbs.
1 Roll of acoustical barrier 50lbs
1 Bulk box of Stinger road kill dampener 50lbs
4 Rolls of alum tape 10lbs
2+ Sheets of acoustical foam 50lbs
JL Audio amp 7lbs
4 Speakers/wires/power wire 20lbs

At least the head unit is lighter than the stocker!

The end result was worth every pound.
