Then you are on the wrong red wire. The correct red wire will only have 12 V when in reverse. I did double check and it is the same - 3C-33 or 3D-29.

3C-33 or 3D 29 it's a yellow wire and a blue wire. The red wires are not in the correct 33 or 29 pin location, unless I am counting it wrong :/
