Yeah rents coming down out here in oilfield environment. Boom is all but fizzled away. Once winter rolls back around then one would pay more than 375 a month in utilities on average. Gets in the sub zero (ie -30 ambient temperature, -50+ windchill range) and can stay that way for a month straight. Sometimes even longer during winter months. Work in oilfield is harder to come by out here and they are not paying as well as when boom was full speed ahead.
