Hasn't really affected my gas mileage at all except for the fact that I drive w/ a heavier foot now because it's more fun. Still getting 6L/100km give or take half a liter.
The TB swap isn't nearly a good with the stock manifold, porting it was what made the largest difference. And yes, the manifold spacer would be awesome if one could be found.
