You don't have to part out the Yaris to make it DD friendly and improve drivability. Just make some changes:

get rid of the crazy hella flush look, just go with penguin 10mm spacers and use rims with less of an offset

increase the ride height an inch or two

those are really the only two things causing the majority of your problems from my understanding. Then you still have a good looking car that you've put your heart and soul into and you don't need to drive around with an econo box with a side mounted license plate

Hahaha true, it's still up in the air so we'll see what the plan is.
