Do you plan to pick up another Yaris, once your insurance claim(s) are settled appropriately? You should definitely be able to pick up some extra "pain and suffering" cash for your trouble at least. Sic a lawyer on the at-fault driver's insurance company.
If my 2015 SE was totaled for some reason, and I lived to tell the story, I would be back into a 2016 SE ASAP, before they go extinct with the arrival of the 2017 Mazda2-Yaris rebadge hatchback
