What brand is the OEM belt? I had a Dayco belt which was squealing for no reason. Even when it was a adjusted a little tight. I swapped it with a Blue Print one i found on ebay which has shut it up for now but i don't know what the quality of those belts is like. The Dayco one was fine for 18 months until it started squealing.
