The wheels I ended up getting are the same offset as yours, +40. Hopefully with 45 series tires, I shouldn't have any rubbing issues. I wouldn't want to have to cut the fender lining if I don't have to. I'll keep you guys posted when everything comes in and I get it all installed. Thanks again for the input!
