I'm hoping for a new redline of about 8200 rpm, but I'm not sure if my valve springs are up to it. Shortblock is built to handle 9k but the VVT actuator doesn't like the valve springs I bought so I'm currently running stock springs with TI retainers.

Also going back to stock springs for my other motor, and will cut back from the 9000rpm we tuned for at Daytona. 8000rpm is probably safe, and there is probably not any power up there anyway.9k: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZn_VgjdovE

The Ti retainers weigh a little less than steel retainers, should be good for a few hundred RPM but I won't know till its dynoed. Still have lots of little things to fix before I get there.
