I did the conversion for him. He had to order quite a few parts from Japan, and had to move the servos over from the Japanese airbox to the USDM one (as they are mirror images of each other). He didn't import a fan with the electronic speed control, so I also had to reverse engineer the protocol between the JDM HVAC ECU and make a microcontroller based speed controller for the stock fan.
