It turned out to be a broken weld in the roof near the hatch. Took the dealer 4 days total to figure it out but I'm glad they finally did.
I'm a little disappointed in Toyota though. A broken weld at only 20K miles? (a little less actually). It is true that NYC roads are horrible but I have been driving here for over 30 years and these roads have never affected any of my cars to that extent. I thought Toyotas were supposed to be bulletproof. |
