making an adapter for the rear brakes? or are you staying before 2003 and convert drums?

depends if someone can match me a 5x114.3 caliper with emergency brake in 315 mm rotor like the front so everythings even

im gonna have to custom fit rear adapters i think as id like to keep my swaybar
