That is VERY loud. You could have a loose piece of exhaust heat shield? Normally mine ticks a bit and its a little loud when its cold but it doesn't sound like that and my engine is getting a little worn out. It really does sound to me like something might be broken.
Does it return at idle when the engine is hot or only when cold?
