Yaris air bag light on off

that air bag warning goes on and off for me too , many times in 1 minute ,
at night the headlights go brighter when the air bag light comes on ,
if the wipers are ON , they go faster when the air bag light comes on ,
still looking for possible cause .
just had 5 recalls done to the little car including the spiral cable that was said to
make the air bag go On , did not change a thing ...
