This would be very helpful to know and greatly appreciated so I can get this swap done efficiently.

What do you mean by the motor finally wore out? 200k is pretty low for a 1nz.

Short answer to your question is no, not the same car. I don't know of anyone that's swapped the mazda engine into the toyota chassis.
