1NZ-FE (TS) - transmission fluid change, 1.9 liters or let it overflow?

I'm interested in the answer to this too. I will be doing mine soon. From the brief reading I've done, I think you just keep pouring until it starts to dribble out of the upper plug. What gear oil did you use?
