I have something similar in 2007 Yaris.
I can hear it best when the car is idling in neutral, no pedal pressed. It goes away once I nudge the gearstick towards 4 speed gear. Just a few milimeters. I guess the gearbox is simply a bit worn out after 250 tkm. Oil changed regularly there, I am using original Toyota fluid. Last edited by komichal; 04-28-2025 at 04:27 PM. |
