HGH in Sports: Benefits and Risks — Should Athletes Use It?

Many athletes use human growth hormone (HGH) to speed up muscle gain and reduce body fat. Its anabolic properties indeed help increase muscle size and improve recovery after injuries. However, there is much debate about the safety of such substances.

On one hand, HGH improves athletic performance, boosts endurance, and even has anti-aging effects. On the other hand, there are risks like increased blood glucose levels, joint pain, swelling, and potential hormonal imbalances. Additionally, in some sports, HGH usage is considered doping and is prohibited in competitions.

What do you think — is it worth using growth hormone for sports purposes, considering both its positive effects and potential side effects? Or is it better to stick to natural training and recovery methods?
