Thank you @WeeYari, I'm going to do my best to drive it at least another six years. I got out of the dealer's service shop for $ 1,257:
Brand New OEM alternator Belt Oil change and filter Rotate tires (they have 30K on them and are looking good and my previous set only lasted 38K) Charged me $99 for the diagnosis. Technician told me it looked like it was in great shape for 128K. Since it was the alternator/belt, I let Toyota fix it since it was already there, in the shop and I wasn't about to drive it around town getting opinions. Thanks very much! |
