Here are two things that everyone should remember if they are ever in an accident, assuming that it is the other persons fault, like someone rear ending you. Make sure and complain of lower back and neck pain, and ALWAYS get carried off in an Ambulance to the hospital, when it goes to court it is almost impossible to completely disprove lower back pain. And although this may sound ridiculous make sure that when you're still in your car to wet your pants, that will tack on another 15 to 20k for emotional and mental distress. One of my best friends is a personal injury attorney, although i hope it never happens if someone ever hits me, you can trust that they will have a huge lawsuit on their hands, and for my extra 20k i'll pee my pants all day long......

All of this is assuming that you have a very good driving record.....
