$153.30 72months 2,500 down- with that credit score i would just stop paying it and let it go, your youngman, your credit will get better, or get your mom to refinance it, or sell it to her, get out of that deal

Almost, good negotiating and the salesmen was a friend, but of course the dealer was not aware of that.

if they lost money on the deal, THE DEALER will find out. That's why your " salesman friend" surely would have not taken the chance to get himself in trouble...... Yes - THEY DID MAKE $$$$ on your Yaris ( on mine, too by the way )

Yes they did make money of the Yaris, he got his commission, they get these cars dirt cheap, along with the corolla. I could not have pulled this off if i wanted a tundra, tacoma, camry, etc... My friend would have not put his job on the line for a couple of hundred dollars, having him there help with the pre haggle BS, but beleive me getting a good deal is not as easy as just having a buddy for a car salemen, you still need to be smart about the situation. The fact is if given the gift of gab use it, most of us could have taken a few dollars off all our payments if we stuck with it. Remember it is okay to say no to a deal, unless that is the payment you are most comfortable with, I could have easily jumped on a $200 dollar payment and i knew as long as i stay near msrp i know they are still making a profit. One thing i did do for them was i bought lunch for 5 salesmen, a couple of costco pizzas I guess you can add another $40 to my down payment.

PS...remember the last day of any month is the best day to buy! It is all about numbers and if they meet sales goals toyota gives them bonuses this equals good deals for us.
