I am sure this GPS Antenna that you speak of is an antenna for more than just a GPS? I bought a gp Gamin Nuvi 5000 and the antenna is built in

I am sure this GPS Antenna that you speak of is an antenna for more than just a GPS? I bought a GPS- Gamin Nuvi 5000 and the antenna is built in I had the Nuvi 5000 installed in the Glovebox on the Passengers side and when I get where I am going I just close the Glovebox top....and no one knows its there....very neat indeed....but could only get the Nuvi 5000 to perform.....in this manner....
