This WAS my real car, but it wasn't all that great in the winter. It was fun to drive, and it was fun to build: I DID build it myself...

exactly my point. Share pics of cars you are passionate about and tell why that car.

yes I am an in your face type person. if you have thin skin oh well.

drifting has a bad rap because everyone thinks it's competition based. bullshit. it's about having fun and pushing your limits. add to that for some reason everyone thinks it's soooo easy they go out and wreck their mom's accord leaving the news saying nothing but "drifting accident blah blah"

joined the forum to see if the car had any potential to not suck in the fun/enjoyable to drive area.

econobox owners getting defensive about someone "bashing" their beloved car? come on.

I *am* passionate about my Yaris. I defend it, (it's fun to drive personality, it's fuel economy, it's handling in the snow, it's cargo space..) ALL the time to my coworkers.

my brother just recently bought a 85' 300zx.... in mint condition....
its so beautiful.... those cars were top of the line in the 80's I guess! Especially with the talking voice that lets you know if your lights are on, so futuristic! :p

I would add some pics to the thread but dont have any good ones since my other cars are all still in project stages.

1969 Camaro SS (completely restored bodywork and paint.. no interior or engine restoration to date)
1969 Corvette (about a 10 year old restoration that is desperately in need of a redo)
1995 Dodge Intrepid (from my first daily driver to my cheap but fun project)

I like American Muscle!

wtF?
Sure I have other cars, none more or less real than any other. Are you sure that you want to belong to a group that is dedicated to a car that you feel and I quote, "Honestly I hate the damn thing"? Wow dude.

Looks like there are some nice cars (non Yaris that is) tucked away in some Yarisworld members' garages.
