I made the same mistake on my Milano red custom painted Saturn wagon, it ends up looking a little too Chinese, A restaurant on wheels !

LOL. Go gunmetal or flat bronze on red. Since both cars have 4X100 I now have gold on a White Yaris which looks great in my opinion. On a nicer side in one of the pics it looks alright.
