Oh also, to get them to stay put (they didn't feel too secure just snapping onto the center ring) I added a dab of latex caulk to each contact point. Will keep them on tight, but still be removable with a bit of work.

They are readily available on eBay as Tercel center caps. I have a set of these on Crashy's steelies:
