good luck with it

back home, I got more than 20 tickets and the law there is really good for me
one of the tickets, I was driving a Toyota Yaris @ 250km/h on a 120km/h zone

Now , I'm in Australia, no tickits until 2day

BACK TO UR PROBLEM

I think even if what u did was illegal

the cop should've given u a warning

it's not that serious

good luck Blen

Bro i was in court yesterday for a speeding ticket..its $175 I pleaded not guilty and the officer asked for a continuation because he was unprepared so i have to go to court again bcuz i dont have $175 to waist on a ticket man i need that shit to get dismissed, most cops would of said I dont remember and it would of got dismissed 3 other cops did it at the same hearing i was at for speeding tickets also but i just got a asshole cop that wants to screw me even the judge told him i have a good record ive only been driving for 2 years and i havent gottin any vilolations yet. The speeding ticket was for going 49 in a 30 zone(radar).

Because on tickets, when you say not guilty that would follow the judge to ask the officer what happened to prove that you arent guilty and usually the cop doesnt remember the intersection, the street, adress, even how ur car looks or who you are, so they will just tell the judge i dont remember and the judge will say your case is dismissed have a nice day

you guys are lucky, i contested a speeding ticket a year or two ago. there were about 25-30 people contesting tickets on the same day for the same cop! this guy tailgated me in his cruiser with his highbeams on for about 15 minutes until I sped up and then nabbed me for speeding.
All the cops here do in court for speeding tickets is tell the judge how long theyve been cops, what equipment they were using and how it works.. nuff said, that pretty much says your guilty. unless you have video proof around here your S.O.L.
BTW if the cop cant or doesnt show up on the court date there is no continuance, your off the hook, pretty much what you hope for when you go in there its your only chance. I have had one speeding ticket and two warnings in 10yrs and the judge almost didnt even want to listen to me speak.

can i ask why you didn't just move over and allow him to pass, cop or not, sounds like you were all for causing trouble.. also if the cop can't show up it gets put over to another date, not dropped, atleast in ontario.

Nope, I don't think you know what your talking about!
You expect the police to remember everyone he/she pulls over in what could be a 6 month time frame from memory? Not going to happen they log all this down, and any prepared officer would bring this info to court with him.
