Auto

Ask any transmission expert. Manuals almost never go bad. Auto transmissions need repair and maintenance. Good luck to all that get the manual. Also, the auto in the yaris shifts constantly. And a gated shifter in a 4 banger?

Just remember EPA estimates are just that, my second tank of gas....all highway driving gave me a 43mpg average.......430 miles on 10 gallons of gas. I have a sedan with automatic.

Yeah, I am auto kinda guy too, after driving manual for quite a while, would like to lay back, relax. I do know there are more control on manual, but I totally love the auto in Yaris.

Thread drift, probably, because there doesn't seem to be much difference in gas consumption between stick and auto.
