ok, i pricelined that hotel.. its still decent, coming in at a cool 612.. had to borrow from my savings, so will book it with my next paycheck...

Wow...this trip just gets better and better....

I think John asked me to help him with the Micro Image banner? MI WILL be represented...and those of us who have the shirts, I'm certain, plan on wearing them.

if Ryan doesn't come out, maybe you'll need another "official" MI car?

Mike (Camelll) and Staypuft both have the SCs...I'm sure it's their cars you would like to drive.

Check in at the Comfort Inn is at 3:00pm. It would be great if we could all try to arrive around that time and formulate the plans for the weekend.

It's about 7 1/2 hours for me to get there.

sounds good, Cindy...are you going to caravan with anyone?

I'm sure me, matt, Ryan (staypuft), maybe Mike (camell) and even the Ohio guys will all drive together...maybe?

Not sure anyone near me is going. HTM Yaris is closest. Irmo is only 15 - 20 minutes. Not sure he's going. Besides I still have to wait and confirm I can go. I may not know until towards the beginning of July and even then a life/death disaster could happen with the doggies at the last minute. I gotta recruit some help while I would be gone for sure. Just not sure how much and what kind of help yet. Hopefully there won't be any really pregnant mommy's to be or any really tiny pups that need to be watched closely.

Garm, you should rent a van and ship a bunch of parts ahead of time. That way you can set up a tailgate MicroImage store at the event.

I'm trying to find out how much a vender booth is going to cost. I'm not sure how much you want to commit to the show but I'll keep you informed Garm.

Wow....is it 24 pages of thread? very cool. I've just joined. Welcome me. I'm looking forward to seeing all of you at the meet this year. BTW John it was good talking to you, and like i said we will try to accommodate YarisWorld members in a section at the meet. It would be cool if you all treated this as a national meet. We have other forums who have done regional meets and we're trying to accommodate any import car club or forum wanting space at ImportAlliance for regional or even national level meets.

We are currently working on a prepay to park in a specific zone plan and will post up here as soon as we can give you specific information. Otherwise as long as you all arrive at approximately the same time at the meet, we should have no problem getting you all together.

oh and for those of you who don't know......bring water.....bring water....bring water. It'll be hot. I can't say it enough....bring water. LOL

Also and i promise this is the last bit of info. We're having a spring meet in ATL on April 26th 2009. It'll be a bit of a preview for those of you who can make it. I'll post it up soon.

On Garms site, we ordered MI bowling shirts. I think Jill modeled them in the Nastiness thread...they're pretty cool! I think he still has some.
