We've had about 20 inches of snow in the past couple of days. I'm guessing that is going to delay my delivery a tad.

I hope I get a black hat. Hehe.

By the by, broke 10,000 miles today. I'm averaging 50 miles a day... and I work 300 yards from my house! I can't stay out of it.

What? You had it installed?!! what fun is that? Maybe a stupid question since you now have header that you didn't have to install...

Mine came in! Look sexy... I'll be on the phone Monday morning to find out when I get them on the dyno.

If you have a black hat and would like to trade for a white one, PM me.

EDIT: After looking at them for a few minutes, let me say that that is the most laughably small header I have ever seen. If this isn't the most endearingly tiny car on Earth I want to see what is. How cute!

ok, pics are impossible to take, sorry team.

however they sent the kit with metric threaded screws, but apparently they dont fit. my guys says you have to find standtard bolts to fit, so right now i got nothing holding the new headers to my cat, my car sounds like a lawnmower. im going back tomrrow so we can find out what size bolt we need. good luck.!

Wait a sec, is it the bolts holding the header to the engine, or to the cat? If it's to the cat, shouldn't you use the factory bolts? Hmm...I'll take a look at mine today when I swap it. Worse case scenario, there's an ACE Hardware 2 mins away.

You should be able to use the factory bolts again.

Go to page one.. looks like they reused the original bolts indeed.

Im guessing the studs included with the new header is for the collector, but not pre-installed?? Humm, maybe they had clearence issues when slipping the header in place, with the studs installed before hand?

Man, I should just suck it up tomorrow after work, and get mine on!! This is soo unlike me to have mods sitting.

Chris, I thought you would have a write-up for us already.

I got mine on, used the stock bolts & nuts on the header & collector. Everything seemed to bolt up fine. No issues with it yet. No check engine codes. Took it for a drive and drove it for like 25 miles and so far so good.

DO NOT USE THE ORIGINAL COLLECTOR BOLTS!!!

The original bolt is tapered, and will only thread so far... Use the included 3 studs, to replace the bolts. (1) for bracket (2) for the collector.

Sorry bout the lack of tracking numbers I guess those got lost in the mail?!? In any case hope everyone's installs go smoothly. The cats on the Yaris are all located in the midpipe and that's why MR decided not to do the full exhaust. The header as is should be fine.. if anyone else has received their shipment please feel free to update the above list.
