Thanx for your concerns Mad Dog. But, I don't think I would have accomplished 400k miles if I didn't know how to maintain my vehicle properly

Believe me, my Yaris is my BABY! Any little noise or anything out of the ordinary gets taken care of immediately.

The video shows you doing 119MPH on i95. The speed limit would be 55mph right? You drive (400mi a day) for a living, would'nt you want to keep your license?

It's actually 65mph. and I only did it to show the reliability after 350k miles.

A bit of a side note. Yesterday, for the first time, I saw a Toyota commercial that featured the Yaris. They were touting the Prius and followed it up with a silver Yaris HB. Yay!

I change my brake fluid every two years, I drive around 17.000 a year not as much as you, but after the brake fluid is replaced I can feel a huge difference on my brakes as well in my clutch pedal, believe me is worth it!!!

I'm gonna install a steel braided clutch line when I change the clutch. I hope it makes a difference in the pedal pressure.

trini - welcome back with updates on you're car.

Congratz on 400,000 milestone. I love your sedan. And agreed...why replace if its not broken. I rather have the original part from japan still ticking in the car than be replaced unknowlingly by a refurbished part made in China or something~

Keep us updated, you're record always gives me a smile and gives me confidence in my car.

And guys, just give him time to post the video up..you guys are on here like hawks, geez haha

sure he has, thats why he has 400k miles on his car...and he cant get off the road 'cuase his steering is messed up......

I've never had any issues with my throttle sticking or anything for that matter, except for my alternator intermittently charging. But it was replaced immediately with an OEM one.
