OEM refills (cheap) and Rain-X.
Blades last in excess of one year and work fantastic through rain, snow, sleet and hail. Perhaps because the Rain-X makes the wipers redundant at speed.

i've ordered these and all though they do look nice, they leave streaks for me personally so i'm not gonna re-order
